CheapCard Tips and Facts for Instant Approval

02 Nov 2007

Hi Our Valued Customer,

We would like to spread along these few "Facts and Tips" that is useful for you and other members. It is a must read for your better online shopping experience with us.

FACTS:

1. The fastest processing payment is mostly happened for Commonwealth bank and Paypal user.

Generally, most customer who choose to pay by Commonwealth bank to Commonwealth bank and Automatic Approved Paypal user will get immediate transaction approval.

For Commonwealth Bank (CBA) user, after you transfer your money to our account, the bank system will process it immediately. In a matter of minutes, CheapCard is able to view payment details. Hence your transaction can be approved by CheapCard fast. But remember, you have to transfer from your CBA account to our CBA account to get immediate approval.

Meanwhile for some long term customers who use PayPal to pay, CheapCard has implemented automatic approval system that will approve your order automatically once your payment is made. Please note that not everybody is allocated this functionality. If you feel that you are eligible for the automatic approval, please send us an email to apply for it.

2. For Paypal user, you will not be able to earn your reward (bonus voucher).

This is because Paypal charges a very high transaction fee. However, you still be entitled for an entry of our monthly Lucky Draw each time you buy from us.

3. Faster response when Asking for help? The difference between replying HelpDesk email (go to Contact Us page) and replying a sent out email such as Order Confirmation Email.

We have a Helpdesk system implemented in our Contact Us page (http://www.cheapcard.com.au/contact.html). It will notify our staff  right away whenever you submit a ticket. The response time is usually much faster than if you are asking for help by replying the email that we sent out to you such as Order Confirmation email. We are not checking our email as often as we check our Helpdesk system. Therefore, it will delay the speed of entertaining your enquiry.

4. Paying with PayPal eCheque

PayPal offers a new feature called eCheque that means you can do online shopping with PayPal without credit card. PayPal will deduct the payment from your bank account. Normally an eCheque will require 3 to 5 days for PayPal to clear. As the result you may ended up longer delay in processing your order.

TIPS:

1. Best and recommended payment method to get instant approval.
The best option to get instant approval for your transaction is to make use of your CPS. CPS is CheapCard Prepaid System that is designed for your convenience. It is hassle-free, highly secured and no binding terms for the users. More importantly, you will get better and extra chance to win our monthly lucky draw.

2. To be approved as an Automatic Approval PayPal User
As long as you are CheapCard Member and you are paying by PayPal, you are eligible for this. We will determine whether you are eligible for this feature. You are welcome to check with us whether you have this status in your account.

3. You can get immediate transaction approval if you are transfering from Commonwealth Bank to Commonwealth Bank, or National Bank to National Bank (if you sign up NAB SMS Security Payment).

If you are using Commonwealth Bank account, your payment will hit our account almost immediately. Therefore the waiting time for your order to be approved will be shorter.

If you are a regular customer who use your National bank as payment method, we strongly recommend you to register as a NAB SMS Security Payment User. Because at the beginning of this year, NAB changed their system for security purposes. Please read our archived blog about this matter from this link:

4. Use a correct Reference Number in transfer description
What is reference number? Reference number is a number given to you when you place your order. It is also the order number. It is starting with T followed with 6 digit numbers example "T010234". This is important for us to identify your payment. Please do not put generic information such as ''optus recharge'' in the transfer description.

Are you still not sure which one is Reference Number? Don't worry. You just need to read the instruction provided on the web page after you submit your order. The same instruction has also been provided in the confirmation email sent to you. You can also read full information about step by step guide from below link:
