Lost call credit
B Liany 2008-11-25	I used this card to call a non Jakarta city in Java. Hence, the inaccuracy call credit calculation is magnified. Was told having 165minutes call remaining, but no more call credit after 45 minutes talk. Or perhaps, misleading product info?

E Butsiyono 2008-04-26	very cheap for calling to jakarta (indonesia). The voice clear if only it is redirected by fixed line phone number in jakarta (appear in ID caller). Duration cost per 5 minutes makes significant amount credit if the calling only for several seconds or suddenly disconnected in several seconds. Last time, I suffer lost of more than 1000 minutes credit due to error its system. When calling suddently it stopped (crashed line), then I hung up & restarted procedure from beginning, but the system said that my account was being used.
