*A handy tip – put a tick into the box that says show characters so you can see what your password is as you type it – don't worry, it will save the password in a hidden format so no one can see it, this is just to make it easy to tell if you've entered your password in correctly.
If you choose to select allow other people to use this connection Windows Vista will prompt you with a warning about security – you'll need to click yes to proceed. Click create to continue.
6) Your computer will briefly check all the necessary details are entered and let you know the connection is ready to use.  Click Close to continue.
7) You will be returned to the Network and Sharing Center. To use the dialup connection click on Manage network connections.
8) This brings you the Network Connections Control Panel where you can see under Dialup the connection you just created. Double click the connection to begin connecting to the internet.
9) Congratulations. You should now be connected to the internet.
